G. Glenn Coates, MD, MS

Dr. Coates, who has been with Wake Radiology since 1996, is director of Wake Radiology’s body magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services, and co-director of breast MRI services. His special clinical interests are body MRI, breast MRI, cardiovascular computed tomography angiography (CTA)/MRI, and MR/CT angiography. Dr. Coates is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. The native of Los Angeles, CA, holds a medical degree and a masters degree in biophysics, from the University of California at Irvine.
