HOLLY J. BURGE, MD

Dr. Burge joined Wake Radiology in 1990 as an abdominal radiologist, and her special clinical interest is body imaging. She is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. A native of Warren, OH, Dr. Burge is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine. She was a resident in diagnostic radiology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in abdominal imaging at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis. She is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, Society of Nuclear Medicine, North Carolina Medical Society, and the Wake County Medical Society. She has served as president of the WakeMed medical staff and currently serves on the WakeMed Foundation Board. Dr. Burge is also a representative on the North Carolina Radiation Protection Commission.
