Billing and Insurance Questions

The WR business office can assist with billing, insurance or invoice questions. Our team is available Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Chuck Wilcox serves as our business manager. Patients may also use our online bill pay.

Medical Records Requests

To obtain a copy of your medical records, specific images or films, please email us. Wake Radiology’s image and film request desk is open Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requests take a minimum of 24 hours to process. For specific questions, please contact Tom Anderson, Image and Film Release Desk Manager, at 919-854-2179.
