Image & Report Requests
Wake Radiology UNC REX provides easy access to radiology records for services that were performed at any of our outpatient offices.
Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal offer anytime access radiology results.
Medical Records
If you need a CD copy of your images and radiology reports, please allow 48 hours to complete this request. Our medical records department is open Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 5:00pm.
