Insurance on Exam Day
Please bring all insurance information to each visit. If you have insurance, you will not need to make a payment on the day of your exam unless you have an account in collections. Wake Radiology will file the claim on your behalf and simply bill you for any remaining balance after insurance has processed your claim.
Wake Radiology accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover in most of our service locations and at our administrative office located at 3949 Browning Place in Raleigh, NC 27609. Our Billing team accepts credit card payments over the phone from 7:30am to 5:00pm at (919) 787-8221. Patients can also use our online payment service to make a credit card payment 24/7.
Wake Radiology has selected Data Media Associates as our online bill pay provider. Simply click the “Make a Payment” button to access the Data Media site where you can securely pay your bill by credit card. Be sure to have the Code ID and Access Number that is printed on your most recent statement.
Payment Options and Financial Assistance
Wake Radiology recognizes that some patients do not have insurance and/or require financial assistance. We offer payment plans to ease their cash flow burden or prompt payment discounts to lower their out-of-pocket costs.
- Prompt Pay Discounts: Patients who do not have insurance or have an out-of-network plan are eligible for prompt payment discounts if they pay in full at the time-of-service or soon after receiving their first statement.
- Payment Plans: All patients are eligible for our interest-free extended payment program. Monthly schedules and automatic account drafts can be set up to help manage payments.
Please resolve accounts in a timely fashion and make sure to contact our Billing team if a payment plan is necessary. Patients with unresolved accounts who have not made payment arrangements may be referred to an outside agency for collection action and/or reported to consumer credit reporting agencies.
