Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant
Shelley Fleming joined WakeRad UNC REX in 2022 and received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, NC. She completed her physician assistant training at University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. Before joining WakeRad UNC REX, Fleming served as a physician assistant at Wake Radiology Consultants in Raleigh, NC and Charlotte Radiology in Charlotte, NC.
Fleming will support the interventional radiology team at WakeRad UNC REX. She is licensed and registered with the NC Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Fleming is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
