Free Lecture on Breast Cancer Scheduled in October
RALEIGH (July 24, 2008) – Wake Radiology is pleased to announce that Mark D. Marchand, MD has joined the practice.
Dr. Marchand, board certified by the American Board of Radiology, completed a neuroradiology fellowship in 2008 at Duke University and a diagnostic radiology residency in 2007 at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Marchand graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Wake Forest University in 1998 and received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2002.
Dr. Marchand most recently worked as a locum tenens radiologist for Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC and Rehoboth McKinley Christian Hospital in Gallup, New Mexico. He is a member of the American Society of Neuroradiology and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
He joins a team of 8 dedicated neuroradiologists at Wake Radiology, serving patients through the practice’s outpatient offices and at WakeMed Health & Hospitals, Johnston Memorial Hospital and Maria Parham Hospital.
